Strategic Alignment

While leading Neighborhood Progress, Joel was able lead a merger of three organizations which resulted to increased productivity in each of workstreams as well as greater efficiencies and overall impact.  Joel has an ability to problem solve around organizational structure and work with partners to determine which structure can maximize strategic accomplishments for a group of partners.
